Weds 22 Feb 2012 McKay Fee Agreed
AUSSIE midfielder Matt McKay could be set to join South Korean club Busan I'Park. Rangers have confirmed today that a fee has been agreed with Busan but that negotiations on the transfer are still continuing. McKay joined Rangers from Brisbane Roar last summer but struggled to find a place in Ally McCoist's plans. If the deal goes through it will be a second spell in South Korea for McKay who previously had a loan period with Incheon United in 2006. The South Korean championship starts on March 3 and the transfer window is still open in Asia which has brought about the possible move to Busan. The Aussie international made just two competitive starts for Rangers - against Dundee United and St Johnstone - and made one substitute appearance, also against United.
